Acting for a syndicate comprising of a group of PRC and foreign banks as plaintiffs to bring a lawsuit against a borrower situated in Shandong Province as defendant before Shandong High People’s Court, claiming for repayment of more than US$18 million (as a result, upon application of the defendant, the plaintiffs and the defendant entered into an amicable settlement and the outstanding loans were restructured);

Acting for a foreign invested contractor to bring a lawsuit against a five star hotel owner situated in Shanghai claiming for an overdue amount of US$1.25 million together with accrued interest (as a result, after court hearing and investigating, at the request of the defendant, the plaintiff and the defendant entered into a settlement agreement and the claimed amount was received in full by our client from the defendant);

Acting for a syndicate comprising of two Chinese banks and one Malaysian bank all through their respective Singapore branches as plaintiffs to bring a lawsuit against a borrower and a corporate guarantor both situated in Wuhan as defendants before Wuhan Intermediate People's Court, claiming for repayment of more than US$1.8 million (as a result, after the Court hearing, the plaintiffs and the defendants entered into a reconciliation agreement and all the claimed amounts were fully received by the plaintiffs);

Acting for two German invested associated companies situated respectively in Shanghai and Jiangsu Province to bring a lawsuit as plaintiffs before an intermediate court in Jiangsu Province for a dispute in relation to trademark infringement and unfair competition against a company situated in Jiangsu Province (as a result, after court hearing and investigating, at the request of the defendant, the plaintiffs and the defendant entered into a reconciliation agreement satisfactory to the plaintiffs);

Acting for a foreign bank through its Shanghai branch as plaintiff to bring a lawsuit against a borrower situated in Fushun City, Liaoning Province as defendant before Shanghai No.1 Intermediate People's Court, claiming for repayment of outstanding loan of approximately RMB40.42 million, and for enforcement of legal mortgages over real properties and equipment situated in Fushun City (as a result, our client won the lawsuit and the enforcement of the judgment was satisfactory to our client);

Acting for a group of real property purchasers (Singaporean) to bring a lawsuit against the property developer, claiming for overdue amounts (as a result, our clients won the lawsuits and the enforcement of the judgments were satisfactory to our clients).
