Our clients may use our office as companies' registered address

Currently in China, for setting up a company, a lease agreement or a property title certificate must be presented to the authorities to prove that the company to be set up will have an actual premises for its operation. However, as a trial-run, Pudong New Area government issued the regulations which allow the qualified law firm that satisfies all the required conditions to use its office as the registered address for various companies and enterprises.
In this regard, we are pleased to announce that our law firm, Henry Zhuang and Partners, has recently been recognized by the competent authority to use our office as registered address of our clients' companies. This will enable our law firm to provide better company secretary services for the clients.
